A Zoom-screen sized team with outsized impact

Just a few months ago, the whole company still fit on one Zoom screen. We’re doing almost everything for the first time: whether it’s experimenting with a new way to engage customers, implementing our performance management system, or shipping a new product line. Most of Retool’s hardest problems have yet to be solved and they don’t fit neatly into predefined templates.
