&lt;li&gt;Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Negotiate the renewal of annual contracts and ensure that renewals are made in a timely fashion&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Form strategies to deflect potential churn or contraction of existing contracts&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build a pipeline of these cross-sell and upsell opportunities that will support the achievement of quarterly targets&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As an Account Manager, you&#39;ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, including account executives, sales engineers, technical account managers, deal desk, and legal.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;THE SKILLSET YOU&#39;LL BRING&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Professional experience in a sales or customer service role in the mid-market space&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Consistent attainment of hitting and exceeding quota for new and/or expansion business&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;An ability to conduct discovery calls to identify opportunities and build pipeline&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong written and verbal communication skills&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated ability to position proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gainsight, Outreach, and Salesforce&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Professional certification (ex: from Strategic Account Management Association)&lt;/li&gt;
