Who is eligible for Retool for Startups?
Startups who are bootstrapped, angel-funded, debt-funded, pre-seed, seed, or Series A, and founded within the last 10 years. You must be a new customer, or an existing customer on the Free plan. Startup credits cannot be used in conjunction with other (sales-offered) discounts.
Will the credits expire?
Yes, unused credits expire one year after being issued. However, you will get a 25% discount on your paid plan the following year.
How are credits consumed?
Credits are consumed based on your chosen plan's per-seat pricing.
How are credits issued?
After applying, credits are issued to your Retool account. If you have more than one account, please specify the account which you would like your credits applied to once your application is approved.
I'm already a Retool customer. Is my startup eligible?
Retool for Startups is for new customers only, but startups already using Retool's Free plan are eligible to apply. Retool customers on paid plans are not eligible for credits.
How do I become a Retool for Startups partner?
Retool partners with venture capital funds, accelerators, incubators, and startup programs to share offers. If you'd like to add Retool to your deal book or add an offer to our deal book, please contact startups@retool.com.
