WHY WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU: 

We’re building our Global Partnerships team from the ground up and looking for our first team members. In this role, you’ll be a highly motivated individual contributor who works closely with our global partners. You have a knack for identifying the right partners across industries and fostering relationships that drive growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding all revenue streams, pursuing our biggest opportunities, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. You bring a mix of creative thinking and tactical execution to identify, develop, and strengthen partnerships to maximize business impact for Retool.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

A strong self-starter who gets the job done with little oversight

  • Identify, recruit, and activate GSIs, RSIs, consultancies, agencies with the highest revenue potential, who will become long-term game changers for our business globally and within specific markets
  • Develop the enterprise GTM strategy by building joint value propositions, identifying key success metrics and the right operational cadences that align with enterprise sales motions.
  • Drive measurable new business opportunities and sales pipeline growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives to expand influence and unlock new opportunities.
  • Establish a strong scalable Partnership Framework through creating repeatable processes, playbooks, and operational rhythms to ensure consistent partner performance and accountability.
  • Forge strong internal alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximize partner impact through cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Be accountable for, own and deliver on revenue / pipeline goal that directly contributes to the company’s overall revenue growth
  • Have the vision and charisma to understand our mission and embed it into our GTM efforts
  • Know how to establish and track shared KPIs with partners through partner relationship management (PRM) or other systems.
  • You think outside the box with regards to whom are partners are today and in the future

THE SKILLSET YOU'LL BRING: 

  • Have 6-7 solid years of experience in managing GSIs, RSIs with a proven track record of building successful partnerships with them.  
  • Have demonstrated the ability to build partnerships from the ground up and grow partnerships over time with increasing commitments.
  • Have demonstrated success in creating and executing joint business plans that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong executive presence to work with senior executives
  • A strong self-starter who gets the job done with little oversight
  • Know how to establish and track shared KPIs with partners through partner relationship management (PRM) or other systems. And do so religiously. 
  • Can work closely with cross functional teams (Sales Ops, marketing, Enablement, etc.)
  • Are skilled at building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Have the vision and charisma to understand our mission and embed it into our GTM efforts
  • You think outside the box with regards to whom are partners are today and in the future
